I do suggest that your dog doesn't sleep in it for safety reasons and when worn always supervise a dog in clothing. Also watch polar fleece around any fires or any source of heating!
If your dog is in between sizing, always go up a size for comfort.
Model Pia the minature Italian Greyhound, is 5.5kgs and wearing a Size Small. She is between sizes. Medium looks great on her too ....slightly more roomier/slouchy. Hope that helps x
